Czarina and LT

Last Wednesday the lady and I had had a photoshoot. Opportunity for me to show off the latest improvements of my Czarina dress (it's finally finished, after pretty much 3 years of work ) and for her a photoshoot in the forest. It was darn cold, freezing our extremities off

But it's time to get busy again, work, school, internship, shrink, cosplay and more work. Finally found the right pattern for Phedre no Delauny, Comtesse de Montreve, but I need new fabric to get the dress right... I hate the bitch, I really do... She cost me too much already >.<
Darn... If I don't pay attention to the signals of my body, I go from depression to burn-out. Weekend = time to sleep ^_^

1. The lady

a. [link] sometimes it's better not to squeal like a pig about someone's behaviour, but all about accepting people. This lady is doing her utmost best, and to be honest, I've never noticed a darn thing about it.
b. [link] I adore her spontanious and outgoing nature, bringing her into situations like these, where love and understanding brings out the best of people. _{and I agree... he's so cute! *squeals*}

2. The lady

a. [link] I was shocked to see a picture like this, and without the proper acknowledgement of the beauty of it. The blue (we have a colour blinde in our midst) is vibrant and lifely, the contrast sharp against the grey scales.
b. [link] Urban? Romance is more like it: what shall we do? shall we stay and play, or leave to play another day?
c. [link] Pray tell me, how can one miss the beauty of an outfit such as this? hand made costume, hand dyed, hand made ornaments...

3. the young man

a. [link] though I don't know the young man quite that well, he sure made an impression. But is he insane, or is he a bloodthirsty killer? O_O

a. [link] The instant I laid eyes upon this picture, I wanted to cuddle the dog to bits. He captured the fluffiness of the furcoat, the adorable loyal gaze of the dog's eyes, the relaxed posture of the dog...
b. [link] I tell you. He's scary as Rufus Shinra. Also as Albert Wesker, but as Rufus... he has the right attitude, the right features and the right outfit. If that's not scary, I'm just a fluffy bunnywabbit.
c. [link] Darn... Blastebird and his camera are a deadly combination, producing sweet photographs with a professional touch.

5. the lady

a. [link] wow... just wow. the picture is perfect, and the lady is pretty. What else should I add, for no compliment is good enough to summarize her.
b. [link] When I first spotted this "dude" at a con, i was like "who the hell is that person in sweet costume?" so I have to admit, transformation: complete.
c. [link] Adorable outfit, a mixture of "I can handle myself" and romantic femininity.

a. [link] she has so much feeling and emotion within her pictures. In time, you can see she has grown from just photographer to a photographer who captures meaning, emotion and feel. and this is a lovely pic ^^
b. [link] what would you sacrifice? your believe, or your believe in yourself? A photograph very nicely executed and designed.
c. [link] Ah... beautiful ladies stand often for either love or hatred in the world of opera. Then again: there's such a subtle line between the two, that it's often not easy to discover the true motives of someone...

10. the lady *shame on me, I often forget to peek at friends accounts for deviations, and now I've stumbled upon a whole lot I have to check out *

a. [link] Rufus... stay out of Hojo's lab, will you? Or did you tan too much again at the beaches of Costa del Sol? Anyway, when I first stumbledupon her account, I was marvelled with the courage of this lady with her beautiful dark brown skin cosplaying a white guy. And she's good at it.
b. [link] *feels incredibly hungry atm* This is just a culinary work of epicness... I'm hungry!
c. [link] I know nothing about the cosplay, nor the anime/manga/game(?) but I so love this picture... it gives me the feeling like she's really locked up in a gilded cage, hoping to be set free one day...

Cosplay

I don't know how much longer I wish to continue. I'm taking it a step back, to a quieter level. Besides, RL is catching up and I'm darn glad it does.

Elfquest

Taking up the Kahvi cosplay again, with a lot of improvements ^_^ Oh... Kahvi is Finnish for Coffee ^^ my favourite drink.
