It encourages me to stay around a little while longer, make the account somewhat more professional. Thus I leave the private life out of here, unless it's important enough to share with the world.
Up until now:
Yesterday was the Japanese weekend in the botanic garden of Den Helder, with a delegation of the Japanese ambassadress visiting the Japanese garden. The shrine was lit, and a moment of silence in respect for the victims of Japan followed next. But that was not the only happening:
and I have had a particularly good time, strolling around in our kimonos and enjoying the sights, garden and attention at the Japanese market.
Special guests showed a few typical Japanese disciplines of martial arts, such as shooting arrows and swords fighting. That is sheer discipline, I tell you.
Though the botanic garden is small, it most definitely is worth a visit, yet it's not suitable for a meet due to location and dimensions of the garden. Photography also requires some photoshop (thank you Isabel, I keep saying and writing photosoup
) concerning the surrounding houses.

Oh I've read the books al right, it's just that I never was into her character that much. Though age has hit me, lately, and I feel I can no longer run around like a little hyperactive girl anymore, now that I'm almost 30 (just 2 years from now...) But to become her with her haughty attitude, behaviour and her mannerism requires a decent study. Aka: good reasons for a film marathon and reading the books again ^^

Hmmm I think it's really nice that you're cosplaying somewhat 'older' characters, they're not done enough and if done it's not always done right. Fourteen-year-olds could never pull Narcissa off as well as you most certainly can.
