Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Flowers and Pirates

Last week

and I went to the Fortress Kijkduin and the Oranjerie of Den Helder for a visit to both attractions (attractions? well... it's not overly huge but still fun to visit) We've seen a lot of local history, sight seeing throughout the most boring town ever to be built and spend a particularly good time getting our faces kissed by the tremendous winds from sea.

Every Tuesday I will join the local attraction of Den Helder in Napoleonic militar uniform for the tourists and kids, to see if they can aim a little bit. Damn... I want to copy that uniform, if only to have it XD Aqua gave me the most beautiful compliment yesterday, about the pic at my FB: she wondered who that guy was...

Yesterday

and I went to the Dutch Navy days, where we've seen stunning demonstrations such as "anti-piracy demo" and "apache demonstration" along with "a landing in enemy territory" and the showing of the latest beauty of the Dutch Royal Airforce: the NH-90 helicopter. Brute thing tried to drown my camera with the spray generated from hovering above water >.<

We've spotted hawt soldiers (especially the Russians... damn they're hawt) With their pancake hats and got spotted by equally hawt soliders (with and without shirt) The arms.... the chests... the bums XD *girly hormones kicking in* We've fraternised with the officers and had a particularly good time joining in some exorcises such as being passenger in a caterpillar and abseiling. I hated the last, but it was below my dignity not to do it, if Aqua did it as well. The man had to shove me off the tower... *scared to death. Where's

arm to hold on to when you need him? Far away in Down Under Land.... >.< *

We even had our own dogtags made, FF7 style of course XD

Afterwards it was particularly good pizza with Tangled and making more cosplayplans of course, before Aqua went home once again... *sniffles*
